2. Cancellation of Orders
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order. We will process your cancellation and provide a full refund.
- After Shipment: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may return the product according to our return policy (see our Returns & Exchanges page).
3. Cancellation of Services
- Before Service Commencement: To cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will process your cancellation and issue a refund if applicable.
- After Service Commencement: Once a service has begun, cancellations may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on the stage of the service and any associated costs incurred.
4. Refunds
- Refunds for canceled orders or services will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
